Can I drink Yogi Woman's Nursing Mom Tea if my milk has dried up?
I am not breastfeeding, but my friend thought I was & got me a box of this tea. It sounds good from the description on the box, but I don't want to stimulate the milk production.
Would the tea stimulate the milk production if my milk already dried up?
As far as I know...... The only thing that will stimulate milk production is a hungry baby or a pump. Once your milk is gone.. in my opinion ...it is gone. I have never had the milk come back. If anything it went away to soon 
You should be OK. OR save it for someone you know who might be preg or is nursing.. may be they could use it!
( you could always sell it on eBay! )
