I love the lilac walls and white furniture with pink bedding, thats cute!

I don't really like the princess pictures mural thing personally.
However if the furniture placement around the room is going to cover the name border then I wouldn't bother either even though it sounds really lovely.
Maybe do something subtle/demure on one wall that isn't going to be covered up by furniture or anything (like a secret garden scene with fairies etc...) and then do her name in big script letters with a tiara above it, above the cot.

Oh and I love the colour scheme of pale green walls, white furniture and pink bedding and accessories. That would also fit in with a secret garden mural also because of the pale green walls.....Pale pink and pale green look really sweet together.....
