I have some vinyl questions?
hello. I am looking into printing vinyl wall decals.. and I have some questions.

does this print the decals or just cut them out.. please explain the process.

Is this ink.. or paper that is cut? I was confused about that.. does it just run through to get cut and the rest is wasted?
I would really appreciate it if those questions could be answered.

The machine in the first pic is a plotter (special printer) & cutter.
The second pic is of sheet vinyl...it's not ink. You do your layouts on the computer & send it to the plotter, just like a printer, but if you're cutting out letters, the knives are used, if printing , it will print to paper like a normal inkjet printer.
