does parents choice formula compare to nestle good start?
my son is 5 months old and has been on good start since he was born. I heard that parents choice (wal-mart brand) is the same thing. has anyone used this brand or know of a website where I can check the comparison? I would like to do the necessary research before switching brands. any feedback on this subject would be appreciated.
I had to use Good Start for my daughter because it was the only one that wouldn't give her horrible constipation. It was terribly expensive though, so I also did research. Apparently the Parents Choice formula also has broken down proteins like Good Start, but not quite as much.. I actually called the number on the back of the Parents Choice can and asked them questions. Eventually I switched over, and my daughter did fine. That was 2 years ago when Parents Choice had an organic version. I never tried regular, but the composition is likely the same, just not organic. BTW, if you switch, don't feel as if you're stuck getting his formula at Wal-Mart. This company makes formula for many stores. Just ask about that if you call the 800 number. And if you want the organic, which is still quite cheaper than Good Start, Kroger sells it still. It's $16.29 a can and is often on sale.
