Medela pump - cooler carrier?
I am using the medela pump in style advanced pump for expressing milk. My question was can I store the milk in the cooler carrier provided by medela. Do I need to put the cooler carrier in the fridge or it is OK to keep it outside. Thanks.
You can keep the milk in the carrier without the ice pack for 10 hours in a room 66-72 degrees, 4-6 hours in a room 79 degrees or more. You can keep it in the carrier with an ice pack for up to 24 hours.
