Digital camera problem?
I have a Sony Cybershot DSC T33 5.1MP digital camera. I left it on my desk, and I think the sun came through my window, which caused some lens or chip damages because of the heat .. I'm not sure. When I turn on the camera, the color is messed up, and there are vertical lines on the LCD screen; when I take pictures, it is extremely blurry and the contrast is wrong.
What is wrong with my camera? Is it possible to fix it at home? Can someone offer some fix-it-yourself solutions?

I would be very dubious about the sun, indoors, causing such damage to a camera. I suppose anything is possible but I would have to believe it didn't happen as you suspect.
Since this camera is retailing for $500 I'd make some inquires with repair folks and find out if it's worth repairing - that is will the repair be more than the camera is actually worth.
