Well I do but its kind of hard to explain with out showing you. When you have him in the sling, before he starts sliding, try folding the part at your shoulder a little. And move it more to the 'bony' part of your shoulder. Having it in line where the bra strap would be also hurt mine. So I moved it over. It also seems to make it a little tighter, holding them up better. Unlike many of the videos and pics, I never had my slings hang half on half off the shoulder. They were folded over and situated closer to the bony part, almost hanging off. I did this while they were in the sling. You may also want to try a xs to see if this helps at all. It may just be to big for him still. Having more than one can come in handy though especially when they get bigger.

While I couldn't find a link to show what I was talking about I did find one that had a tip with a receiving blanket for support.
And you can also adjust the sling instead of adjusting him. If he's sliding down pull the sling up towards the shoulder you are using to bear weight.
