My 11 month old is terrified of having a bath since he splashed a load of water in his eyes. Now whenever i..

even go near the bath holding him, he freaks out and clings to me. I put him in slowly thinking that he might calm down when he realised that nothing would hurt him but he just shook with fear and i felt like the worst parent in the world.

show him that water is fun.
Play games with water, take him swimming, take him out when it's raining and let him splash in puddles.

Let water be a normal thing and don't show him your worried.
