Is it to soon to paint the nursery?
My daughter is almost 19 weeks and she wants it painted yellow and green stripped no matter what she is having. I figured it would be okay to go ahead and paint it and then if she has a boy we can add like cars and trains or bears to it and if she has a girl we can add flowers and butterflies etc. to it. Also is it to soon to set up the crib and diaper changing table? I know we are both very eager but we have prepared already as much as we can but we want to do more! Also what is some stuff she should have already or done by now? Just in case we have forgotten something/
If you wonder why I keep saying we it is because my daughter is 17 and she plans on still living with me and the father does not want anything to do with our life. Her dad passed away when I was pregnant with her so it will just be me her and the baby here. If that may help with some stuff we may need.
Why would it be too soon? There is no timeline of when you should have things prepared for the baby. Do it whenever you feel its time to do it. The sooner the better I say then you will always be prepared if the baby comes home earlier than expected.
