I am weaning my 8 month old off the breast. He will only take very WARM milk from the bottle...?
He will only take 1.5 oz a-time. As soon as the milk get lukewarm, he refuses to take it. I currently have at least 2-3 bottles ready for him (warm) and I switch off from one to the other. I am trowing a lot of milk, both BM and Formula because of this. It is also very tiring. My baby is a heart baby and is under weigh, but the pediatrician says he is well porportioned for his weight and size and that i would not stress about it anymore. The pedriatrician also said that he is at an averange of a 4 month old baby and to give it some time and just keep on doing what I am doing now. I worry about my little one. He is not sitting up yet either. Once again his ped. says not to worry. But I can not help it. He is still wearing some 3- 6-month old clothing. I need him to take a bottle so I can start fortifying his BM. Any suggestions?
I think instead of wasting BM or formula I would have 3 bottles with only 1.5 to 2ozs in each. Why fill them to be wasted?

Don't worry either. if the doctor feels he's doing well, then you make the chose to believe him. Let your self have a break.
