Breast feeding must haves?
My baby is due soon & I'm all set I just need the Breastfeeding essentails! My girlfriend was going to pump but was told due to meds she takes, she wont be able to. So I got a free electric pump ( evenflo ) I'm pretty sure. I'm curious as to what the best nipple cream is, and what other products I will absolutely neeeed right away for breast feeding. Also, good but CHEAP nursing bras and tanks?
Get some LANSINOH nipple cream and start massaging it in for 5 minutes per day from now to the birth to start conditioning your nipples to the harsh treatment they are about to endure!!
Continue putting it on after every feeding session to keep your nipples supple and crack and blister free 
Make absolutely sure whatever bras you buy FIT PROPERLY!! Go to a bra store and ask to be fitted properly by a professional. You don't have to buy their bras, just say you're going to have a think about it and leave but at least you will know what the best size for you is.
It is my absolute BEST piece of advice I could give to all new mothers. DO NOT wear any bra that does not support you properly and keep your girls up where they should be!!
I thought those nursing tank top thingys were crap and my boobs never had support or anything so I don't recommend them at all. Proper bras with a top over it is much better. Maybe only wear the tank top ones at night as you still have to wear a nursing bra to bed or you will leak everywhere!
Use washable breast pads rather than disposables. They absorb a lot more milk and don't scrunch up in your bra.
AVENT washable breast pads are my favourite. You can get 6 for $7 on Amazon.com. 4 x 6pks is a good amount and only $28 with no ongoing costs like you do with disposables. You will spend a lot more on them than the washables. Plus they come with their own mesh washing bag that you throw them into when they go into the washing machine so you don't lose any like you do with socks lol!

Other than those three things, you don't need single thing else other than the baby!
