A guy has made you fall in love with him but he does not realize this, so you feel alone when you think of him?
A tip would be to put your strong ideas on a different line, then begin a new idea on the line after. For example, at the end "and the thought of you / makes me / feel alone", I think you should put it as "and the thought of you makes me feel / alone."
The word "alone" would have more of a resonating effect. It's like, "Whoa.." because that word stands out on the page, and it sticks in the reader's mine.
+ I don't think you need the word "through" after "Lava, burning".
