I hope that I don't sound sexist but, I think it is a great idea for your daughter to have her little brother in the room with her. She can start learning how to care for young children, which could help her later in life. Your older son may not want to learn how to care for a child, but your daughter will have a head start on what to do when she has her own child(ren). Since you say you are moving in the near future, I don't see any problems at all. Congratulations on the new birth!
