How low is too low? (mobile)?
So i purchased this crib:

My problem is that if you notice, the back and front have very thick edges. Impossible to attach a mobile!
When i attach the mobile the only way possible, (on either side) it seems to hang so low to the baby! I don't have a baby yet, so i can only assume ... but the toys are only about 5 inches off the mattress. I'm sure baby will be able to reach them.
My question ... is there such a thing as some sort of extension for these thins? Should i look into a ceiling mounted one? Or should i skip it altogether?

I bought the same crib but different color. We didn't put mobile on it for the same reason. 5" off the mattress that is REALLY low. I don't know if I would want my baby to be able to reach it and tangle him/herself. Sorry no help!
