I don't remember~~how much clothing does a baby need for each stage? And how much of other stuff too like?
blankets, receiving blankets, and hooded towels. I have 2 kids, but they're almost 7 & 9 so I haven't bought baby items for quite some time!
I just found out that I'm having a boy and want to start getting some items. I have bought some sleepers and onesies and t-shirts and sweat-pants. I don't know how much to get though of each item, for various sizes like newborn, 0-3 months, etc.
Also, I want to start getting blankets and towels. How many of each would you suggest? And if there are other items that you can suggest stocking up on (besides diapers and wipes!) I would appreciate it!

I got given SO MANY blankets and receiving blankets at my baby shower, people find they are great things to give as gifts, I didn't buy any!
Hooded towels, I wouldn't say you need too many, as you can just use normal towels as well 
Newborn, I wouldn't bother with getting more than 12-14 outfits, so at worst case, you only do the washing once a week lol. This allows for him to spew on things hehe. I would start off minimal with all things, only get a few of each size.
Flannels/wash cloths- Stack up on these! and/or bibs. Useful for anything
If you aren't having a baby shower, I would suggest only buying a few of the blankets etc, as most people will give them as gifts.
Nappies(diapers) are great to stack up on, epecially if they have sales, but dont buy too many newborn ones! It's better to have to go buy some more new born ones than to have to give them away or put them in storage.
