Why do i sniff cotton balls to go to sleep?
Ever since i was a baby i sniffed cotton balls to go to sleep. When i don't have cotton balls i'll either sniff on a very soft stuffed animal or a soft blanket. I cant sleep without it. Is it OCD? and is it dangerous? Will some of the cotton go up my nose and block my lungs or something like that? Has anyone else gone through this? Please help!
Yes i have something similar i cant go to sleep with out the t.v being on but i put sleep timer on it and yes it could go up your nose and i think it would be a nice experince trying to removing it from your nose but yeah baby's to develope a habit like that they eaither have to have thier fav blanket to go to sleep or thier tedddy bear i know a kid who cant go to sleep with out his moms silk night gown try to break the habbit well i hope i was some help good luck
